Shipping Policy & Rates

All orders are shipped directly from our facility in Connecticut (United States). Orders placed before 3 pm EST/EDT will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information, if available.

U.S. Domestic Shipping

Free Standard Shipping via USPS for orders $50 and over (excluding taxes and after promotional codes applied)

$6.95 Flat Rate Shipping via USPS for orders under $50 (excluding taxes and after promotional codes applied)

Expedited shipping options based on package weight are also available. Please view rates at checkout.

Please note that estimated transit time for Standard Shipping within the contiguous U.S. is 2 – 7 business days*; longer for U.S. locations outside the contiguous U.S.

APO/FPO: For orders shipped to military addresses, the shipment can take up to 14 days in transit.

International Shipping

Free Standard Shipping to Canada via USPS International First Class for orders $100USD and over (excluding taxes and after promotional codes applied)

For Canada orders under $100USD, shipping costs will be based on package weight. We offer a variety of shipping options available at checkout.

Please note that USPS International First Class Mail does not include tracking. First class mail takes approximately 2 – 10 business days* for transit.

*These estimated transit times refer to the time it takes the package to reach its destination once it has been shipped. They do not include our processing time.

All international orders (outside of U.S. & Canada) are shipped based on package weight. Depending on the country, we offer a variety of shipping options available at checkout.

 

Please note: Skinboss is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any duties and fees that may be mandated by customs upon delivery (customs $ value will be annotated as the full value of all products – discounts are not considered in the customs total value).

Skinboss does not have any prior knowledge or control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office if you would like further details.

Prices displayed on the website are in US dollars and are exclusive of shipping and taxes.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

Late Shipments

We do not guarantee transit times, and shipping fees are nonrefundable through us. However, the shipping methods listed below are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with certain exceptions. These exceptions are usually weather delays and failed delivery attempts. For more information, please contact the carrier directly. If you feel your shipment was late due to a service failure, a claim can be filed by contacting the shipping carrier:

Inaccuracies with Address Information

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

 

Lost & Undelivered Packages

Any lost, stolen or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of SKINBOSS, and any issues arising from packages/shipments not received must be resolved with the postal carrier in use and the consumer.
